Position: Assistant Administrator

Brief Description:

We would like to welcome you to Heritage Christian School in Bozeman, Montana. Heritage was established in 1982 and we are a Pre-K-12 school with about 195 students. Heritage has seen more than 40% growth in enrollment in the past five years. The School integrates academic excellence with a biblical worldview in all courses that are taught.
We look forward to having teachers and administrators that have a love for God, students, and their families. This full time Assistant Administrator position includes teaching some classes to have direct interaction with students.
This position will include responsibilities for many of the following areas: Interactions with the Board, Interactions with Deans and Teachers, Instructional Leadership and Curriculum, Public Relations, Student Affairs, Admissions, Long Range Planning and Development, Finances, and Building and Grounds Operations. Specific responsibilities will be based on God’s personal gifting and talents for the applicant, as well as future training in areas that need to be developed.

Job Requirements:

An Undergraduate Degree and 5 years of previous teaching experience are required. A master’s degree is preferred, but not required. The successful applicant will have a love for God that is clearly evident to those around them. The successful applicant will also have proven organizational skills and be able to communicate with teachers, families and students with grace and truth while displaying Christ’s character. Based on work performance and continued growth in student enrollment, this position could lead to a future Principal or Administrator (Head of School) position.
